Repatterned: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between you and Repatterned. By accessing or participating in any part of the Repatterned system, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to follow them.

1. Participation and Nature of the Work

Repatterned is a self-led reflective system. You work with your own material at your own pace. The tools, forms, exercises and maps within Repatterned are intended for personal insight and educational use. They do not provide therapy, counselling, clinical support, medical guidance or crisis intervention.

Your participation in Repatterned does not create a therapeutic, counselling, psychological, advisory or coaching relationship. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions and actions throughout your involvement with the system. If you require therapeutic or medical support, you should work with a qualified professional whose role is designed for that purpose.

2. Access and Use

Access to Repatterned materials is granted to you as an individual participant. You may view, download and use the content solely for your personal engagement with the system. You may not publish, distribute, replicate, teach, sell or share any part of the Repatterned framework without written permission.

Access to digital content is delivered through online platforms. Availability may vary due to updates, maintenance or system changes. Repatterned reserves the right to adjust, modify or improve the structure, delivery methods or content at any time to maintain the integrity of the system.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments for Repatterned programmes, products and digital materials are due at the point of purchase unless otherwise stated. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded or used. Refunds for live sessions, events or scheduled services follow the specific refund policy stated at the point of purchase.

Payment plans, when offered, require the full completion of all instalments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspended access to materials and future services.
