Where we challenge the way we make meaning.

Do you know that way most people have got, like, they've got 5 or 6 stories that you hear them tell over and over again?

It's not until that story is challenged in some way or it's delivered in a different way, or something else, there's an awareness brought to it, that we suddenly go, what does that actually mean?

Right, okay, so we tell these stories. How often do we stop and look at the meaning beneath those stories?

It’s quite simple: it’s the stories we tell ourselves. So what are the stories we tell ourselves? What meaning do we make around them? And where does that meaning come from?

The only real question I have is to tell me your chapter. So whatever chapter you want.

It's very much like, this is the story I tell myself, this is what meaning I've attached to it, but actually— Is that really what it means, or where have I arrived at?

I don't really have a designated endpoint. Part of the dialogue is in seeing where things end up.

Being receptive to the possibility that your mind might change, and if it does, being transparent about the reasons and the rationale.
